D&I honours in Maritime
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to [D&I honours in Maritime] (the "Honour") organised by [Wista Belgium] (the "Organiser"). By participating in or accepting the Honour, you (the participant/nominee) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
The Honours is open to organisations/entities who meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet these criteria.
2. Nomination/Application Process:
Participants must adhere to the nomination/application process as specified by the Organiser. Late or incomplete submissions may be disqualified.

3. Selection Process:
The selection process is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding.
4. Notification and Acceptance:
Selected participants will be notified by the Organiser. The Honour must be accepted within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the Organiser may choose an alternative participant.
5. Rights and Responsibilities:
The Honour may include certain rights and privileges. Participants are solely responsible for adhering to any associated responsibilities outlined by the Organiser.
6. Duration and Termination:
The duration of the Honour is as specified by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Honour at any time without liability.
7. Publicity and Promotion:
Participants/nominees may be featured in publicity and promotional materials as determined by the Organiser. Participants agree to participate in promotional activities without any claim for compensation.
8. Liability:
The Organiser assumes no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants or third parties in connection with the Honour.
9. Modification of Terms:
The Organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms without notice. Continued participation in the Honour constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Antwerp, Belgium]. Any legal disputes arising from or related to the Honour will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
11. Confidentiality:
Participants agree to keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the Honour.
The Honours will be awarded on the occasion of the International Women's Day 2024 on 8 March.
Nominations are open until 26 January 2024.
